Our Shipping Policy

How It Works

At Ellie Sport we make use of The Courier Guy to ship all our packages. You should expect delivery between 1 - 3 business days to all major cities and 3 - 5 days for outlying areas. Once your package has been delivered to The Courier Guy it is out of our control and they will be responsible for delivery to you. Ellie Sport is not responsible if your order is not delivered by the estimated delivery date. Please make sure you supply your correct details as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.  

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

If an Ellie Sport item is to be return it needs to be returned with all original packaging, labels still intact and all items must be clean, unworn, unwashed and unused. Returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days once received.  Customers will be credited with the ZAR amount paid for the Ellie Sport item that is being returned, the customer is responsible for the courier at expense. There will be no returns at or exchanges on socks, towels and hats. Please note that  we may not be able to offer an exchange on limited edition items.
